Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in all cases. Some cases we consider that we discuss below:
Refund:
Damage, Missing & Wrong Products: Return can take place if the customer receives the product in a wrong item/damaged condition and reports the same within 2 days of receiving their order, provided that you must have proof of an unboxing video clearly showing the damage/wrong item in the product.
In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.
You will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the wrong/damaged item(s) within 5 days after the product is received by us.
We won’t be charging you any return shipping fees.
Replacement:
Replacement will be given on Damage & Wrong Products Only.
Dislike:
In case of the product not meeting your requirements or expectations but does not involve any error on our part. Unfortunately exchange/Return won’t be arranged by us due to the affordable nature of our products.
